Privacy before performance
The direction is privacy-conscious, low-drama participation with clear boundaries around identifying details, accusations, and unsafe material.
Human moderation
The tone should feel more like a well-run diner booth than a pile-on: calm, welcoming, useful, and respectful.

Community
